I SOVIET TAX COLLECTORS. (Received 2.30 p.m.) WARSAW, August 1. All men in the town of Kamyehna, in the Volga province, were arrested in connection with the murder of six Soviet commiearß cent to collect taxes. The peasants bound four and thew them into the Volga, while the others were shot. (A. and S.Z. Cable.)
