WELL-KNOWN BOXER KILLED.
TOURNAMENT POSTPONED, (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) TAUMARUNUI, this day. "Poll" Currie, the well-known boxer from Auckland, on his way to the King Country Boxing Tourrtament at Taumarunui, was one of the first reported killed. Tommy Collins, another boxer. also coming for the tournament, is in hospital, seriously injured. The tournament was postponed out of sympathy with those who were killed.
