RACECOURSE FIGHT.
KNUCKLE-DUSTERS USED. PARTIES IN COURT. LONDON, June 10. A racecourse fight at Epsom, in which knuckle-dusters are said to have been employed, was described in court, when Darby and Harry Sabini, the latter of whom iigured in a fight between members of rival clubs in a cafe in Clerkenwell in November last, at the time of the vendetta against bookmakers on English racecourses, were charged conjointly with George Dido with striking Maurice, a fireman. The latter alleged that the dispute arose over a bookmaking pitch, with the result that the prisoners set on him with knuckle-dusters. The prisoners said that there was a dispute between three Jews, which they tried to stop, and the fireman assaulted them. They were remanded.
