IN TUNE AGAIN.
HAMILTON BAND INSTRUMENTS. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. Mr. F. W. Burley, vyho early this week undertook to within five days collect or make up a deficiency of £700 duo on the municipal band instruments (which were impounded by guarantors) to-day forwarded a final cheque to the agents clearing the debt. The instruments are now therefore free, and, after a silence of many months, tlin band turned put laet night and played selections on the main street.
