POINCARE AND SOCIALISTS.
MINISTERS ASKED TO RESIGN.
(Received 0.30 a.m.) PARIS, June 21. Following the no-confidence debate on home affairs in the Chamber of Deputies last week-end, in which Radical Socialists refused to participate, three Radical Socialist Under-Secretaries tendered their resignations. ■ M. Poincare refused to accept them, and the executive of the Radical Socialist party has now invited the Ministers of Colonies and Hygiene, and two Undersecretaries, all belonging to the party, to resign.—(A. and N.Z.
