Frank Coull, who was yesterday cobjmitted for trjal on charges of fraud in connection with grants by the Repatriation Department, in which he was employed, was to-day committed for trial on three charges of conspiracy with. Ernest MeCardell, who is now undergoing sentence for frauds in the same connection.
