THE NEW GROUND.
The Auckland Football Association propose to acquire an area of about 3j acres in Graf ton Hoa.l, almost opposite tUe Auckland bowline green, for the puupose ol Laving a playing ground of their own. Uhe property is owned by Mr Morgan Blandford, and the association purpose leasing it for a lengthy term, with' the right, of purchase. The ground will be known as Blnndford Park. Last evening a meeting of the n?.<..-.cia-tion was held at the Chamber of rnnmierr-e to consider the question of incorporating the association under the Incorporated Societies Art in order that the proposal can be carried into effect.
