An application -was made before the Chief Justice. -Sir Robert Stout, this : morning to determine out of which i portion" of the estate of the late Henry Miller the extra allowance of £2 a ' week, made to hi 3 wife under an order lof the Court in 1010, should be paid. Mr. Bartlett appeared for the children of the second marriage, and Mr. Endean for the trustees and children of the first > marriage. His Honor decided that the residuary estate should bear the extra allowance of £2 a week made to the second wife, and that the £1500 left to the children of the second marriage should be exonerated from any liability of the £2.
