MILLGROVE MYSTERY.
VERDICT OF MANSLAUGHTER. (Received 1:30 p.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. The trial of David Kelly, charged with the murder of Mrs. Overall at Millgrove, has concluded. The jury returned a verdict of guilty of manslaughter.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.) It was alleged that Kelly, after murdering the woman, burned the body and threw the ashes into a river. He claimed that she died naturally, and the* she was cremated in accordance with her wish.
