SIR AUCKLAND GEDDES
NOT LEAVING WASHINGTON.
(Received 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, June 4. Mr Ronald McNeill (Under Secretary for Foreign Affairs), replying to a question in the House of Commons, said that the reports that Sir Auckland Geddes was retiring from the Ambassadorship at Washington wero entirely unfounded.
