Voluntary camping hy the Technical College ( a (lets was something new for .New Zealand, and the authorities were wr\ interested in the experiment. Colonel H. K. Potter. C.M.G, O.C. Northern Command, who inspected the camp yesterday, watched the boys at work and reviewed them, and expressed himself delighted with the enthusiasm displayed, letter he asked the lads if they were tired of the life and wanted to go lmiiie. The answer was one united shout of "No." The direct outcome of the camp will no doubt be that cadets all over the Dominion will obtain permission to go into voluntary camp, and the indications are that there will be numerous applications.
