Auckland Gas 5 per cent debentures sold at £91, aud the c per cent arc stIV ln request at £103. A sale or Gisborue Sheep Farmers' Debentures was reported at .£lO2, and Bank of New South Wales sold at £41, before the dividend was declared. National Bank shares were transferred at £6 14/, and Bank or Australasia at £13 13/. Buyers or Commercial Bank ordinary shares have advanced their offers to 39/3. Bank or New Zealand eased a-rew pence, sales being- made at 0.1/9. Union Bank shares wero placed yesterday afternoon at £14 13/. Phillips and impey. Ltd., are stftl wanted at 25/6, although the dividend hus been paid. Waihi shares are a little easier this week, but sales of Grand Junctions were made up -to 7/4.
