A farmer was giving evidence of how the prisoner came alonir °" Christmas Eve and •'pinclied his thicks." "But," said the prisoner's solicitor "how do you know they are your ducks':" "I'd know them ducks anywhere." roared the fanner like a. bull, and lie went into details describing them. "Oil. ruts." said the solicitor, "your ducks are no different from other people's thicks. Why, 1 have a good niany ducks at home myself, just like yours." "That's not unlikely,"' replied the farmer. '"These arc not the only ducks I have had pinched these hist few Weeks." Hoarseness and "ore throat indicate germ infection—use Xazol freclv —gives quickest relief.—(Ad.)
