1 This afternoon at 5.30 his Excellency ' the Governor-General will formally open the British Is]es Club. To-morrow at 2.30 p.m. Lbrd Jellicoe will declare open the Jellicoe Park at Onehunga. j Leaving Auckland on Wednesday next, j His Excellency, accompanied by Lady Jellicoe and the Hon. Lucy Jellicoe, will ! make a three days' tour of the Waikato district and the King Country. Arriving at Frankton Junction by the Rotorua express on Wednesday morning, the party will motor on to Te Awamutu, where his Excellency is to unveil a war memorial. Later in the day he will motor through to the Waitomo Caves, and on Thursday morning Lord Jellicoe will proceed to Te Kuiti, returning to Hamilton in the evening. On Friday, June 1, he will visit Huntly, and intends going down the Extended mine. Their Excellencies will return to Government House on Friday afternoon next. j
