' boys whom she took from the I'resbv- '■ tcrian camp, New Brighton. Counsel stated that .Mrs. Brockcr was i serving two months in Mount Eden gaol I for assault. Mr. Justice Adams said it would bo! impossible for her to obey the <_-der while, j in gaol. An order was made, but the judge instructed that the writ should I not be issued until Saturday, when Mrs. ! Brockcr will be released. She will lie I commanded to produce the boys in Court ' here on Juno 12. when argument will I be heard why the hoys should not, be returned to the custody of their father, j who placed them in the home some years ' ago.
