AGAINST AN AUSTRALIAN. AUCKLAND COURT (.A>K. A charge of hi/jamy was preferred against an Australian.'llarold Atidersoti Berry, 38 years of age. Nt the Auckland rolicp Court this afternoon, Mr. .1. \V. Poynton. KM., presiding. The indictment alleged that Horry. Inning married in inrm at Ilealiba, ' Victoria, went through a form of marriage at Michan. ■South .Australia, in 1018 while his wife was alive, thereby committing bigamy. Mr. Allan Moody appeared for Berry. "Senior Sergeant Cummiiiirs asked for n remand until April 12. nnd said a further remand would probably lie neces sary. Bail was fixed in .mo approved ■bond of £300. Berry to report daily.
