Summer Time in France Opposed. Summer time in France is endangered owing to the determination of its opponents to block the passage of the necessary bill before the Easter recess, after which it will be useless this year (A. and N.Z. Cable.) Rebel Plots in Hungary. It is reported from Budapest that the leaders of the Opposition informed the Prime Minister (Count Bethlen) that students were preparing a rebellion. Hagen won the Hiltmorc Forest golf championship at Asheville, North Carolina, with a score of 284 for 72 holes. Hutchison and Kirkwood tied for second place with scores of 290.
