ALLEGATIONS WITHDRAWN.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON", Saturday. In connection with the case in which Thos. Henry Brown (Mr. Anderson., farmer, of Te Awamutu, sued the trustees of the estate of the late Collins Molly fanner, of Te Awatnutu, for £1300 damages for alleged misrepresentation regarding the gale of land by them to plaintiff, Mr. Strang, on behalf of defendants, notified Mr. Herdman that allegations of fraud had been withdrawn, and that the ease could therefore be struck out. The case was accordingly struck out.
