A WIDESPREAD CONSPIRACY. FORGED PAPERS PRINTED. ißceeked n.:w a.m.. LONDON, March 22. Allegations of income tax fratifis Involving £«00f) have been made against Lewis Feldmar. Ernest Feldmar. Oeorge Barnct. Philip Smith. Annie Smith. Lilian Parks, and Reuben Patton. It is alleged that forms for obtaining rebate of income tas were filled in with fictitious names, and that after the original dividend warrants had been altered a printing press was set up to print forgeries. The leader was evidently someone with an inner knowledge of confidential documents.—(A. and X.Z. Cable )
