BBITISH BELL REJECTED. SXEA OF ECONOMY. ■ - (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, March 7. In the House of Commons Mr. Rhys Bavies (Labour) moved the Mothers' Pensions Bill. The pensions, though inadequate for bringing up the children, would Be paid to all widows or mothers • breadwinners were incapacitated. He said mothers' pensions were paid in Wnada, Australia, Xew Zealand and the United States. \J*ty Astor urged that the motion would result in economy.
