The interim injunction granted on Tuesday on the motion, of R. L. Arnold, farmer, of Darsraville (Mr. R. McVeagh), restraining Gibert N. Hayes, solicitor, Dargaville, from exercising bis power of sale of land under mortcaee, has, by arrangement, been set aside, and the application for same will remain on the list, the matter to be brought before the Supreme Court on five days? notice from either side. Arthur Borne Vickery died suddenly "at Evahsdale, Otago, while taking part, in a picnic. Deceased was a school teacher, aged 26, married, and resided at Invercargill. Evidence at the inquest disclosed that death was due to heart failure.
