He appeared before the Supreme Court at Auckland in May 1021. charged with breaking and entry and theft, and w™ released on two years' probation, his employment, etc., beina subieH to the Probation Officer's approval. He his not made restitution nor reported. f"r eighteen months. He was remanded to the Supreme Court for sentence. I
