THE RIMU REFLOATED.
SAILING AGAIN AS USUAL. The Northern Company's steamer Rimu, which grounded on a mudbank in the Manukau on Thursday morning. while inward bound from Raglan and Kawhia, was refloated at 3.30 p.m. yesterday, an hour before full tide. The steamer's draught was considerablyreduced by the removal of cargo by lighters during the morning and early afternoon, and when the little vessel was floated off she had only 80 bales of wool in her holds.
The Rimu is due back at Onehunga from Raglan and Kawhia to-morrow morning, having sailed last evening for those ports. She will make trips next week to the Waikato Heads, on Wednesday, and to Wangrnui on Thursday.
