Wednesday. Owing to continuous rain on Tuesday the HaWke's Bay lawn tennis championship tournament was postponed until to-day. The courts were very heavy, but Improved considerably during the day. The entries are large and the semi finals and finals will not be reached until the end of the week. The New ftouth Wales ladles are engaged in all the events. WANGANUI "CHAMPIONSHIPS.
