Mr. Duggan, Chief Inspector of Coal .limes, paid an official visit to the Millerton mines (TCestland) in connection with the recent burning accident there. A portion of the mine is idle, and every precaution ia being taken for the safety of the men in the part that is working. The two victims of the burning are projgreseing favourably.
