INDIAN NON-CO-OPERATORS.

A NATIONAL CONGRESS. LONDON, December 26. An Indian correspondent reports that at the National Congress, which will meet at Gaya on December 26, interest will centre on the question whether non-co-operators should seek election to the Legislative Councils at the 1923 elections. All attempts at compromise on this question hitherto have been abortive. The Agenda Committee, by a narrow majority, adopted a resolution to be submitted to the congress calling for a report within two months, that British goods can be successfully boycotted.— (United Service.)
