'' A claim for condensation for a strained heart aIV-ged to have been caused by carrying a bucket of mortar 1 during the course of his employment, wae brought by John Denni- (Mr! It was contended for the defence that the rondition of plaintiff was not due to strain but that he suffered from rheumatism before the accident and bis heart wae affected thereby. After heaTing medical evidence, his Honor held that the onus was on plaintiff to prove that the trouble was caused by heavy lifting while in defendant's employ.
