A FURTHER ADJOURNMENT. fßy Telegraph.—Press Association/I i WELLINGTON, this day. The case of Evans v. the Rev. S. Robertson Orr. -which has been several' times mentioned in the Magistrate's Court, was again adjourned till Friday, owing to defendant's ill-health. Counsel for defendant staled that Mr. Orr's ill- : nes-s was aggravated by a distressing motor accident r>ll Sunday near Eketa" '■ huna, when his brother was injured. He suggested that plaintiff's counsel should nominate a mediafl man to examine defendant, and this offer was accepted. The first, charge asainst defendant is that he caused complainant to receive a, document containing a. threat. I
