Public Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Mocnt Eden Borough Council, held on the 9th day of October. 1922. it was resolved, by way of Special Order, that the Mount Eden Borough Council make By-laws to deal with the following matters: — Prescribing Licenses required for Hawkers and Pedlars, and the conditions which shall be observed by them. •Amending the provisions relating to sites on Which Buildings may be erected, and providing powers to deal with special circumstances. [Amending the provisions relating to Buildings In brick, stone, or concrete, and tnaking further additions to same. Prescribing conditions on which Porticoes or Verandahs may he erected, and on which Sign Boards may De proProviding for the Erection of Fire Prescribing conditions to be observed by Heavy Traffic within the borough. The above Resolutions will be submitted for confirmation to a meeting of the Mount Eden Borough Council to be held at the Council Chambers, Valley Roatt. Mount Eden, on MONDAY, the 13th day of November. 1922, at 7.30 p.m. Copies of the proposed Special Order and By-laws are deposited at the Office of the Council, where they will be open for inspection from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on week day except Saturday, and from 9 n.m. to noon on Saturday, until the confirming meeting 1* held.
