'1 he lion, si-eretary reported that exclusive of other deaths of members during the quarter, the King's Kmplre Veterans had l»«t ihe services of three yood members ot tin- committee by death, namely. Messrs. J. .r. Holland, ex Mayor of Au.-kland. K. G. Kwlngton, and .1. S. Hope. Special letters of sympathy are to be forwarded to the relatives. The annual picnic will take pliice in Ixv-cinber. and flrraiigr-iiientij were left iv the hands of the executive.
