A FIGHT ON TWO FRONTS. GERMANY BOUND TO GO •UNDER. (Received 10.30 a.m.) I.OXDOX, August 13. The Berlin correspondent of the "Daily Express" points out that his banned play entitled ••Dismissal," by Emil Ludwig. biographer of Bismarck, was founded on direct quotations from unpublished documents, and contains the following quarter-century old dialogue when Ifemarek unsuccessfully recommended renewal of the Russo-German alliance:—■ Bismarck: "Then must Germany fig-lit en two fronts aid go under?"' The Kaiser: "I'll know how to prevent that. It is my kingdom to play with." Bismarck (heatedly): "Yes, your -Majesty; but Germany was born before I you entered the world, and a<3 long as I breathe I'll know how to protect it " I (A. and X.Z. Cable.)
