LEAGUE FOOTBALL.
POST AND TELEGRAPH COMPETITION. Grr.it interest is taken in the contest between the sis teams who have entered for the Engineer's Cup of the Post and Telegraph Department. The matches are to be played every Thursday afternoon at Victoria Park, starting this week. The nainef of the six teams are: Postmen, Linesmen, Telegraph, Messengers, Workshops, Fanltmen.
The Postmen's team will be picked from the following: VV. Davidson. R. Harle.v, E. Mackie. W. McDennott. S. McLean, A. Page, L. McWilliams, A. Eustace, H. Munro, W. Tynan, J. Euan, \V. Swift. G. Minns, F. Moore, W. Badley, E. Speechley.
