Welcome Find section, the reef in the stopes aljove is being taken down and sent to the battery for crushing. Driving south on the reef is beiug continued. The rise north of the main rise is being connected for ventilation purposes and for commencing stoping at this end. The reef is a good strong body of . ore and ■is carrying a little gold. The amalgam on hand from nine days crushing Is about 40oz: this is from about :!•"> tons of ore. New reef, No. 2 winze: Driving north on the reef to its junction with the branch is in progress; the reef continues to carry most favourable indications for gold.
