CIiERICAI.S SENTENCED TO DEATH. ((Received 1.30 p.m.) MOSCOW July 7. The trial of clericals opposing church confiscation resulted in eleven persons •bein<» sentenced to death, including the Metropolite of Petrograd and Bishop of Cronstadt. Twenty-three were acquitted and fifty-three imprisoned—(A. and 78Z. Cable.)
