HAGUE DEBTS COMMISSION.
(Received 1.30 p.m.) THE HAGUE, July 7. The Debts Commission held a meeting, at whiith Russians wore present. Replying to a question regarding payment of coupons. M. Litvinoff said" it "was premature for the Russian delegation to answer at present, a* all would depend upon credits being granted. •Sokolnikoir was asked how issues of paper money were made. He replied, '-Every three months." The Financial Commission estimated the difference between receipts requirements, and made up the deficit by I the issue of paper roublc-s.— A. aild S.Z.
