A LABOUR MANIFESTO. (Received 1 p.m.) SVDXKV. this day. 'The Labour Council has issued a manifesto extending greetings to workers of India, stating that Xew South Wales" workers will support India's demand for Home Rule, and adding that "the chains of India's economic and political subjection will be broken only by the combined might of organised workers.'' A delegate to the Labour Conference gave notice of motion 'that the proposed action of the Commonwealth to invite Mr. Sastri to address the Federal Parliament" is unconstitutional, and meets with the entire disapproval of the conference.— lA. and X.Z.
