ASSYRIAN CLERIC'S MISSION.
NOT ALLOWED TO LANS. SYDNEY, June 12. The Rev. Ormuz, an Assyrian clergyman of the Church of England, who arrived by the Ventura on a British passport from San Francisco, was not allowed to land. He will be returned to America when the Ventura sails on Wednesday. Mr. Ormuz came to Australia with the intention of lecturing on massacres of C'hrislians by Moliammfdans in Jlesopotaniia.— (A. and N.Z.)
