REBELS ATTACK CAPITAL FIERCE BATTLE IN PROGRESS. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received 11 a.m.) BUENOS AYRES, June 11. A dispatch reports that Paraguayan Government troops are engaged in a sanguinary battle- with the revolutionary forces on "the outskirts of Asuncion, the capital, on tile Paraguay River. Machine guns and artillery are in action. The telegraphs and wireless stations are silent, and the city is in darkness.— (Reuter.)
