j U.S. LABOUR'S WARNING. i COAL AND RAIL STRIKES. 1 (Ttecpivorf 2 p.m.l NEW YORK, June 11. leaders of the American Federation of Labour, gathered at Cincinatti for the annual convention, have issued a statement that the nation is confronting a uiosi aoute industrial crisis. They sounded a challenge and a warning against Labour's foes, and appealed to the whole American people to assist in the federation's announced intention of grappling in a constructive manner with the problems arising out of the coal strike, the impending railway strike, the I disposition of the employers to force wiijjc- cuts on labour, ami the lack of (sympathy on the part of Congress.— (Router.)
