Ho expects to start from •AluM'.n and cross the Pole, making for Northern (ireenlnnd, and using an entirely metal Larsen plane, piloted by a leading Norwegian airman, fl. Omdal. Amundsen will leave the Maud at Port Barrofl- for the attempt, which he expects to accomplish in 13 hours.— Times.
