"What was Mr. Ijvlngstnne doing at the moment the accident occurred?" the girl's J counsel asked her. I "Mc wus looking into my eyes." was her ! reply. ! Addressing thP defendant the Judge Bald, J "Tie plaintiff had a perfect right to enjoy i herself as the gupst of the owner of the car. Phe cannot be lipid responsible frvr any accident that, may bare occurred through her charms upsetting the driver."
