STEAMER AT HTTIX. LONDON. May 28. Tlie first, Russian Soviet steamer, Karl >farx, has reached Hull with a cargo of timlior. The vessel is decorated with many pictures of I-enin, Trotsky, and other Communist lenders. The ship's doctor wears an ill-fitting suit that cost 12,000 roubles.
