Copcland, vice-Consul for the Netherlands at Auckland, has received a communication from the Consul-Gen-eral, Sydney, regarding the stamping and lodging of Austrian and Hungarian bonds respectively, from before the war. The letter also states that the Netherlands Government will also prrant their intermedium for exchan#in ff these bonds which are at present in possession of holders of Netherlands nationality, who are outside the Kingdom of Europe. The Netherlands Government, however, doea not take any responsibility for exchanging the bonds.
