LOAN FOR THE ALLIES.
NEW YORK. April >h. It is announced that Mr. J. Pierpont Morgan, the prominent financier, will sail for Europe in May, following his acceptance of the invitation by the Reparations Committee that he confer with European financiers in regard to floating the German loan. Mr. Morgan *ai<l he would give his services in an advisory capacity, but would not be officially connected with the Reparations Committee. He said the question was what Germany could offer and the rircumetancea in which the United State* would join the [flotation.—(A, and >".Z. Cable.)
