WAR MEMORIAE UNVEILED. (Received 0.30 a.m.) TOKYO, April 23. The Prince of Wales unveiled a war me_wrial in the Yokohama general cemetery, in the presence of the entire. European colony and many high Japanese officials. As a special tribute the Government allowed the landing of the guard of honour from the Renown, which was unusual, as no armed foreign troops arc allowed to set foot in the Empire.—(A. and N.Z.
