CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Christchurch consumers of electricity are delighted at the announcement that the fifth unit at Lake Coleridge, which has been undergoing tests in the last few days, will be in commission at the beginning of next w eek. One result of this 7 J'„ ~r elieve the inconvenience caused by the excess of the demand over supply Next week the restrictions at present imposed on consumers will be relaxed. The fifth unit brings the generating capacity (normal full rating) of 6000 kilowatts, up to 9000 kilowatts
