A CHICAGO RAFFLES.
CHICAGO, March 28. The police here have been staggered with the confession of Edward Collins that he has looted residences of £100,000 during six years of crime, his only weapon being a toy pistol. Only £5.000 has been recovered. The wife of Collins was arrested, but freed. Collins admitted that she believed hin> to be a broker.
