REMOVED BY URUGUAY. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Saturday. Cabled information received here points to the fact that Uruguay has removed the embargo recently placed upon the introduction of New Zealand fruit trees into that republic. The reason of the embargo was the danger of the insect known as Jose scale.
