WON BY J. J. G.ARJ>IN"ER, OF OTAHUHU. WITH BREAD MADE OF "CHAMPION" FLOUR. THE CHAMPIONSHIP LOAF COMPETITION, AT THE N.Z. BAKERS AND PASTRYCOOKS KXHIBITION, OPEN TO BAKERS THROUGHOUT THE DOMINION, using any brand of flour, was watched with keen interest by millers and bakers. THE JUDGES AWARDED THE PRIZE TO MR. J. J. GARDINER, of Otabuhu, WHOSE CHAMPIONSHIP LOAF WAS MADE ENTIRELY FROM " CHAMPION " FLOUR, AND THE UNANIMOUS VERDICT WAS STILL " CHAMPION." NORTHERN ROLLER MILLING CO., LTD., QUAY STREET, AUCKLAND.
