UNHAPPY MARRIAGES.

TWO DIVORCE PETITIONS. Before Mr. Justice Herdman in the Supremo Court this morning, Ada Agnes Ellinor Simms (Mr. McLiver) petitioned for the dissolution of her marriage with James Eric Simms. The parties were married at Auckland on September 30. 1910, and there was one child as a result of the union. Petitioner stated that the marriage was a most unhappy one, and in June, 191!), they separated by mutual consent. Since' then they had continued to live *part.
